JAZZ COVER ALBUM, 'QUIETLY THERE'
During first year of my design degree we were to design an album cover and a poster
for the Danish jazz band ‘Harry Allen & Jan Lundgren Quarter’.
During this one week project we were to capture the atmosphere and feeling of the album in our design.
Through my sketch-like illustration I tried to express the movement of the music through the images,
whilst the reflecting how complexity can be created from simplicity through the use of two colours - black and white.
